My Vitamin D number is 15..is this normal?

    Dr Brock in Alabama is a medical physician and a holistic dr. He told my friend that low vitamin d is the precurser to all cancer and put her on 18000 units of vit. d per day.

    Had blood test 10 days back and My vitamin D level came 15.5 ng/ml. Every other test came fine.
    Doctor has advised me one tablet of D3 must 1k for 3-4 months. I live in India and I am 32 years old..
