i made this for dinner.


flatbread veggie pizza

Flatout - Light Original Flat Bread, 1 flatbread 90
Wal-Mart Great Value - All Natural Pizza Sauce, 1/4 cup (63g) 30 calories
Great Value - Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese- Updated 1/4 cup 80 calories
White Onion Chopped , 2 Tablespoon 8 calories
Green Bell Pepper, 1 ounces 6 calories
1 medium sliced tomato (150g) 22


just preheat your oven to 400 cook pizza for 15/20 minutes
it has 238 calories

spray a piece of foil with no calorie cooking spray
plate flatbread on it and top with the pizza sauce and spread it around evenly all over it
sprinkle on your onion and bell pepper
sprinkle on your cheese
lay the tomatos on top of cheese and bake

it was good. not as good as pizza hut but it did help to settle that pizza craving i have been having.

    I had a calzone for dinner made with flatouts! I love them, but indeed they do not have the pizza crust quality. I have found that if you make it a calzone, you get more for your calories. You tend to not load it up as much with sauce and cheese but it's still filling. Mine came in at 216 calories and I had turkey pepperoni in it (only 4 pieces cut up). I added some garlic powder and italian herbs too to give it more flavor. I guess great minds think alike for low calorie pizza options!
