    I don't work out at a gym right now, but I live in Sewell. :)

    I just finished the 30 day Shred, and currently doing some Step Aerobics at home. I am waiting for Insanity to come in the mail!

    Here in Indiana. Work out in a local gym and do zumba twice a week. I have a NJ connection though...My son and daughter-in-law live in Mt. Laurel. We visit often. I know how hard it is to lose weight. I am like a yo-yo, but am determined this time. Once you taste a little succes, it is a huge motivator. Keep up the good work. It looks like you are losing.
