I try not to eat within 3 hours of bedtime and go to bed slightly hungry. That way my body is burning stored fat rather than what's in my stomach.0

I try not to eat too late but about an hour ago I was starving so I made some talapia. Only 100 cals and it helped me fill up a little. If you are hungry just try to have something healthy!0

I've seen 100's of arguments on both sides... my opinion is: if you are on a calorie deficit it makes no difference when you eat. Just be weary of what habits you form.0 -
I am cooking dinner as I type...will eat around 11pm and be up till 12am or 1am...not saying it is the best idea, but when you husband gets off work at 9pm, comes home and lifts weights...you gotta feed him when he is finished!!!0

i do not believe it is ever to late to eat. If you stay within your alloted calories , it should not matter. You burn calories just sleeping.0

It is 10:30pm where I live right now and I'm having a veggie delight salad from Subway. I absolutely have to eat before bed cuz if I don't, I will wake up and eat everything in the house! Normally I just like to eat toast for breakfast!0

When I asked my nutritionist that question, I was told to have something healthy about a half hour before bedtime (preferably low calorie) and not a big portion. That prevents your metabolism from slowing down, which can happen if your belly does not see any food for a long time.0
