So I am one of the unfortunate ones that have a pregnancy pouch, but haven't had any children yet. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good lower abdominal exercises that can help get rid of this pouch?
Thanks

Reverse Crunches, crunches, leg raises, knee raises are all good ones.0

if you google "lower ab exercises" I'm sure you'll find a smorgasbord of exercises. my only suggestion is this: use weights. ab muscles are just that - MUSCLES! so train them like you would any other muscle in your body.
for example: hold a weighted medicine ball between your knees when you do reverse crunches; place a dumbbell on your chest and support it with one hand while you support your head with the other hand when you do crunches; use a weighted medicine ball or dumbbell when doing seated rotations from side-to-side; wear light ankle weights when doing bicycle.
the list goes on. if you find exercises you like and need help incorporating weights into them, feel free to befriend and/or message me - I'd be more than happy to help.0 -
if its leftover fat, then there is no way to target certain areas..you'll have to lose fat in general.if you want to firm up..then i suggest the captians chair or hanging leg lifts.
also what is good is laying on a bench and let your legs hang off the end and just raise and lower them.0
