OK I'm new to this program but am hoping it will jump start my losing again. I've lost the same 75 pounds for the third time, but have stalled out on losing since Christmas. I still have 45 pounds to go to goal. . Recently started jogging. I've done tw010K' organized runs and my furthest jog is 10miles. I'm hoping to do a half marathon in Nov. I do spin class three times a week and jog 4 - 6 miles three times a week. but not losing. Open to suggestions to anyone experiencing this same problem. THANKS

    Make sure you are eating enough. One thing I have learned on this site is that it is very important to eat! I cant believe how many people have hit a plateau and then when they started eating more, they started losing!! I still have a hard time wrapping my head around it but it makes sense I guess!!! So maybe if you upyour calorie intake you will start losing again. Welcome and good luck! Feel free to add me as a friend!
