Wow week 9 everybody!! Be pround that you've made it to this point!!! :drinker:

now for my horrible number related pun: It's week 9! Are you feeling fine!

Start MFP:170
start SSWLC:169
w6:163.1
w7:163.7
w8:161.3
w9:160.2
ultimate MFP goal: 125
total lost with SSWLC: 8.8

I just did some math earlier this week and I have a convention I'm planing on going to next May 22-24. If I keep losing a pound a week. I'll be wayyy past my goal wieght by then!! My plan is to lose my wieght so I'll have more energy (and look better) while running around a conventiuon center! here's to one twenty five by may twenty five :drinker: ( can you tell I'm excited?)


EDIT: Wow I guess I'm on really early.......it's 8am over here

    Girlie I have worked my rump running, biking, walking, beaching, swimming, canoeing, playing ball...I don't know what I'm missing. I'm logging, eating right, and drinking water. But my scale hasn't moved much at all.

    You however, are doing fantabulous and I am so happy for you! Keep up the great work and thank yo for sharing your progress! YEY YOU! Keep up the fantabulous work and have a lovely week!

    I didn't do so welll surviving this past weekend. Was down to 190lbs and very happy about it Friday morning. Then we went away for the weekend and I'm back at 193.2lbs this morning. I'm hoping that it is a lot of water weight but even if it's not I will work hard this week to get back down again.

    Total Loss: 12.8 :heart:

    Goal by Labor Day: 169 (I've upped my goal, my old goal was 174, but I need a challenge!)

    Hi Everyone!!

    Beginning weight = 235.8 Lbs.
    Current weight = 226.2 Lbs.
    Goal weight = 170 Lbs.
    Weight loss Past 2 weeks = - 3.6 Lbs.
    Total weight loss = - 9.6 Lbs.

    Sorry I missed ya last week, I was away from a computer and scale all day! Everyone is doing so well!!
