Subbing Oil and Butter?

I have recently started subbing nonfat plain yogurt for butter and oils in my recipes, and although I love the substitution and the difference it makes, my husband seems to think that everything I cook lately has a sweet taste to it. I can't tell a difference, but I'm also addicted to diet cokes :embarassed:, so I'm used to the nutri-sweet taste. Tonight we had Chicken and sour cream enchiladas, only 235 calories I might add, I loved it and was amazed at how good it turned out, but he said "I'ts good, it's just sweet." :grumble: Enchiladas shouldn't be sweet.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for non-sweet, low sodium oil and butter substitutions????
