I recently turned 30, have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and my husband and I are seeing a specialist trying to get pregnant. I have gained about 50 pounds over the last 3 years and I am tired of feeling bad about myself so I am doing something about it!

welcome and good luck----I know from experience you will have much better luck getting pregnant if you lose the weight first. Don't spend tons of money on infertility treatments when weight loss is much easier.0
