    I have a corset,but I guess that dont count lol

    compression tights from Skins or 2XU or Linebreak.
    because they aid recovery.
    after long runs and sometimes after hard leg workouts.

    Spandex shorts under running shorts prevents chafing.

    I guess without really thinking about it..I wear under armor to increase sweating since I have a hard time doing that. I guess since I have been wearing it I dont have the same aches and pains in my arms and core that I used to the days following.. So I suppose it could very well be helping with that.

    Have you noticed...how do I say this...um...."less tummy jiggling" when doing something like Jumping jacks or running?

    Yes it would definitely help with that...I had some tummy jiggling when I started and well my man breasts..ha! So yes it does help hold everything in place. Which for me and I am sure others helps make you feel like you are farther along then you are and not as self conscious about doing such exercises that would normally cause this.
