Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself real quick.
I am currently training for my first 25k in May and have been crazy disappointed about my lack of weight loss since training began 1 Jan 2011.
I run 4 days a week and swim 3 days a week.
Yesterday was my first day of logging my food for calorie counting purposes. I did weight watchers since 1 Jan and did not see any results :ohwell: so rather than continuing the paid program without results, thought I'd give a free one a try.
My day job is sitting behind a desk, but when I'm at home I rarely am sitting as we live on a small hobby farm and have two human kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 horses, 1 goat, 2 rabbits, and 8 chicks to take care of.
If I'm not busy enough with all of that, I also am a Weblos Den leader, and a part time college student who is active in church.
Ok, my "quick" intro turned into a little biography
I'm looking forward to meeting others on the same healthy weight loss journey as myself and am open to various meal ideas to help with my running energy levels and still taste great!
