Ok so the buzz i've heard is lamb is good for you but then i look at the calories and fat content and wonder why have I heard that buzz does anyone have any insight on this?

I love lamb but I treat it like beef. Eat smaller portions and in moderation. It has health benefits but it also has the fat and cholesterol.0

Lamb is very healthy for you and in my opinion a healthier choice than beef. Just opt for leaner cuts such as leg and loin chops. Ground lamb makes great burgers however I usually mix it with some ground chicken or turkey breast to reduce the fat and calorie count. Rack of lamb is awesome too but should be enjoyed in moderation.0
