Hey, cheesy pasta lovers (this means YOU). There's a new macaroni and cheese in town, and it is PACKED with fiber! Yup, our fiber-happy pals over at FiberGourmet (famous for their low-cal, high-fiber noodles) have JUST launched a version of mac 'n cheese you will LOVE. Their Light Macaroni & Cheese Dinner has 170 calories, 2g fat, 49g carbs and 18g fiber per serving as packaged (POINTS® value 3*). You do have to add a tiny bit of milk, but it barely affects nutritionals. Go here(http://www.fibergourmet.com/mac.aspx) for the full 411.

***Speaking of fiber, a little birdie (and a few of our loose-lipped buddies over at General Mills) told us about some BRAND-NEW Fiber One produc ts that'll KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF. Be on the lookout for Fiber One toaster pastries and a Fiber One pancake mix. YOWSA!

***Wanna lose more weight? Keep a food diary! Recently published findings from a weight-loss study(http://www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSN0741885020080708?pageNumber=2&virtualBrandChannel=0&sp=true) conducted by Kaiser Permanente (one of the largest and longest running studies of its kind) found that people who kept food journals lost TWICE as much weight compared to those who didn't keep food diaries. All participants were asked to eat well and exercise moderately. So WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU EAT! It doesn't have to be fancy or formal journaling -- even scribble it if you have to -- JUST DO IT!

***A big fat congrats goes out to our 500,000th subscriber Giselle and her pal Ann, who told her about HG. They have each won a YEAR'S SUPPLY OF VITATOPS. Hooray!!!! That 's all we've got. HG out!
