I'm going on a class trip with my son tomorrow and they will be having lunch at UNO's, what are my options for eating something healthy there?

They have a nutrition menu at http://www.unos.com/nutrition.php. Just watch for serving sizes. You think you might get something health but then find the serving size is 2x that. Blahh! Hope this helps.

They have nutrition information on their website. The baked stuffed chicken (no breadsticks or sides) is 180 calories per serving. The house salad with grilled chicken is 160. I do know you definitely want to stay away from the deep dish pizzas.

Their website for nutrition is: http://www.unos.com/nutrition.php

The Power Salad is actually pretty decent and good for you. Lots of healthy stuff in it!

I read your post and went on their website for nutritional information... it's disgusting... they have a spot for "500 calories or less" but then everything has like 2 servings, they don't show what it is for 1 serving, if you order a plate of food of course you're going to think it's one serving. Ridiculous!

I'd go with a fish dish, with a side of broccoli! :) Splurge for a breadstick if you have the cals!
