coming back!!!! YAY!!!!!

Well, I was on here and doing well, then I started to have some health problems. I'm feeling better, and ready to get back on track. I just have to take the exercise slow and focus on what I'm eating.
Unfortunatly, with my health problems, I gained 21 lbs in 5 months! Uhg! Sooooooo, my first goal is to get back to where I was at the 200lb mark.
My husband is on board this time! He's actually started the Insanity work outs w/ a buddy of his. Thru the years, he's been verbally encouraging, but his habbits didn't change. He'd bring home a hamburger and leave me with a lifeless salad..........it sucked. So now that he's actually "involved" this time, I think we will BOTH have more positive results.

Glad that you are back. Take it easy so your health problems don't return. The weight will come back off. It's great that your husband is on board this time. I know that it made a big difference when my husband started to make changes in his eating & started exercising. Even if you're not following the same program it's still motivating.
