Good morning fellow challengers! I thought I'd start a new tread for this one since the other was getting a little long. Here's the stats for me:
Started challenge: 174
Today: 172.5
Goal: 167
Total loss: 1.5 pounds
Total remaining: 5.5 pounds
So...I know that I can most likely lose that 5.5 easily, but I'm recently starting over and want to make sure to take everything slowly. I get so down on myself when I don't accomplish my goals, that I've decided to take baby steps. I think it will work better for me in the long run.
Good luck everyone! :drinker: Keep up the excellent work!!!

Yeah, I have been so incredibly off track with starting school and moving at the same time and I'm ready to start again. I was at 180 when I originally posted for this but I'm pretty sure MOST if not all is water weight.
The other thing which is going to be a huge challenge.... I mean HUGE challenge... I've decided to stop drinking until I reach my goal weight at which time I will slowly integrate alcohol back into my diet.
The reason it's taken me this long to lose what weight I have and the reason I get off track every single weekend is alcohol and I just CAN'T let it hold me back anymore.
Plus money's getting really tight right now and alcohol is expensive so it's just the best thing all around.
Wish me luck, all!!0 -
