Thought I would start a thread for those of us who have been on MFP for a while but hopped off the band wagon!

Been back on for a few days, and am eating up Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Did it when I first started MFP and was doing pretty well on it. If you haven't tried it, its really great especially for us unmotivated people. Looking to start running sometime soon, but trying to get myself back into the swing of working out and eating right first before I commit to something that I will probably not even wake up to do. Looking for some new friends who might be in the same boat as me...
