It's not a plateau it's just a steppe

For the past month I've hovered around the weight 287 being the low and 292 being the high. But I believe I have made it past this little bump in the road the right way I kept eating my 2000 calories an lifting weights for the first week. I didn't lose or gain that week and so weeks 2 and 3 I actually upped my calorie intake to 2250 gained a bit so I went back down to 2000 and *kitten* of today I'm below 285. Yay!!!! For doing things the right way even though my mind was screaming stop eating your gonna get fat again
