    You look amazing! What a difference! I have to start taking more pics as well as I can't see it on myself. My clothes fit better but I can't see where I lost it. Thanks for posting this, it's very inspiring!

    Thank you everyone! This has given me quite a boost to keep going! I would definitely encourage people to take before pictures. It is painful at the time, and for me it was hard to look at, but it is a great reward to see the results of your hard work. :bigsmile:

    WOW!! :D keep up the good work! it's people like you that make me want to keep it up too. I weighed the same amount and have lost the same amount, anytime I feel like I want to give up I go to the store and put 15 cartons of butter in a cart and relize I lost that much!! visualization sure does work! :D Congratulations!

    you look great! i never knew 15lbs could make such a difference! it is funny how pictures can snap you right back into reality and make you realize things. i have been going through all of my old pics and i never realized i was that heavy. i keep one posted to remind of what i never want to go back to (242 was my highest weight, scary...)

    I was just a little bummed out this morning because I have lost 12 but I cant see it at all. Maybe I need to get to 15!

    I have lost 13 and can't see it at all either....hoping 15-20 will be the magic number.
