I'm on Turbo Fire Prep schedule... anyone with me?

Hey all,
I started the 2 month prep schedule of Turbo Fire to warm my body up to the intensity of the program. I tried jumping right into it, and my body wouldn't keep up! So I decided to ease into it, and I think it's working out well. I've started my third week, and I'm feeling great. Any one else doing the prep schedule? Or for seasoned Chalene Turbo Fire addicts, can you tell me what the HIIT workouts are like? Also, I'm noticing a little soreness in my knees with some of the moves, even though I know I've got correct form. Any advice there?
Anyway I'm having a great time with the program and I hope it works for me... it sure makes me sweat!!
Cheers!

Hi there, I'm in week 2. I started with no prep schedule so I've done a few HIIT workouts so far. They are basically like back to back fire drills (I didn't read the prep schedule, but I assume all the workouts you're doing have the fire drills right?). For example, this morning I did HIIT 20 so it was 9 fire drills (3 routines done 3 times each) with 1 minute rest in between each drill. Definitely challenging, but awesome as well.0

I am a lover of all Beachbody products, however with that said my body was not in love with TurboFire. I think the program is tons of fun, but my knees could not take it. I did the Prep Schedule first and by the time I was 2 weeks into the full schedule I was at an Orthopedic specialist. Doing that much high intensity, hard pounding cardio 6 days per week was far too much for my knees.
I hope it works out for you, but I urge you to be careful and listen to your body.0 -
I started with Turbo Jam and started Turbo Fire today. I'm not doing the prep schedule. My body was ready after starting with TJ. I will say TF is much much harder than TJ. The pace is insane!! But I love it! I had a little trouble keeping up today... but that drives me crazy! So I'm gonna work my butt off until I can keep pace0
