Are these skorts? They are very cute.

Athleta has some that I am wanting when I get to goal. My little carrot before the horse. LOL

I've been so tempted to try these, why do you like them? I currently run in compression leggings, how are the skirts different - just less hot? Better circulation? I'm curious as to what is the attraction to them?

Do they have shorts underneath? How short are they when you sit down? They look cute :)

i have never tried compression leggings, so i don't know how they are different.

as to why i like them:
they are cute and make me feel attractive when i wear them
i can wear them 'out' and not look like i am heading to the gym
they are the perfect length and stretchiness, so i feel covered but still have freedom to move
i like the feel of wind on my legs, but i hate the way loose shorts rub (owie!) or tight shorts don't stay in place
i like the hidden pockets for my chapstick, i.d./credit card and music
and again, the cute factor *smile*

i hope you give them a chance. :)

I have a couple of running skirts, but I used them for lifting only. I ended up with brutal, swelling chafing with mine because the spank-like thingies weren't long enough to prevent my thighs from rubbing over the miles. I can't run in loose shorts for the same reason - I'm tights kind of girl - but they are super comfortable otherwise. I've subsequently run a few times in them, but carried some emergency Body Glide in the back pocket of the skirt.

If I ever manage to have thighs that don't touch when I run, I'll be reinvesting in the running skirts. They are a lot shorter, breezier than anything I wear now, which is great in the summer, but it kind of adds a modesty that a pair of spandex shorts does not.

I have a skort and a skapri, which I love for aerobics and circuits. Like this one http://www.wiggle.co.uk/nike-ladies-skapri/

    How do I do links?

I have a lululemon running skirt - I like them cuz they make me feel pretty - but I prefer good running pants when I'm going the distance (More chaft resistant)

I do wear my running skirt playing Tennis all the time!
