Take a couple of graham crackers or wafer type cookes...put whipped cream or cool whip on one and top with the other for a "sandwich." Throw in the freezer until they set up. Basically a guilt free treat!!

Take a couple of frozen bananas and a few almonds and throw in a mini food processor for banana "ice cream."

Take a cup of frozen fruit (mixed berries work well), add a bit of dairy (soy/%/whatever) and some lime juice. Blend in a mini processor until you have a fresh "sorbet."

Thanks for the suggestions. They all sound yummy and now I have a new use for my frozen mango (if I just buy a lime).
