As a Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach I absolutely love and HIGHLY RECOMMEND myfitnesspal to those that I work with. I run a weekly organized Thursday Night Weight Loss Challenge. The group as a whole, through 8 weeks out of the 12 week challenge, has officially lost 301.2 POUNDS and 433.0 INCHES!!

Myfitnesspal offers a perfect way to "journal" their food choices. My RULE has always been, if you EAT IT/DRINK IT, you better WRITE IT! Doing so is the only truly accurate way of realizing your caloric intake... it's far too easy to meaninglessly snack on empty calories, and wonder why the weight won't come off, or WORSE, keeps coming on!
