Hi everyone,

i currently have an infected wart on my right foot (gross i know) but i cant put much pressure on it and i was wondering as anybody got any ideas on how i can still burn calories with out using my right foot? any suggestions are useful!!!!! Thanks!!!!

    Sorry, I couldn't resist it. What do you have access to, as far as machines weights etc.?

    Upper body weight training and boxing can be done seated. Normally, for people with issues where they can't put weight on their feet, I'd recommend the pool, but you can't do that with an open wound infection.

    You could still do crunches and upper body stuff. I don't know if that helps or not but there is my 2 cents worth for you. :) Hope your foot gets better soon.

    Thanks guys, i guess i could start doing sit ups and the like. thanks for the boxing tip as well....... sounds perfect! i really struggle doing push ups! to be honest i cant wait til it stop hurting so i can get on my bike!!!!!!
