Is anyone taking this product when lifting heavy weights? Is it beneficial? It seems fairly pricey, would there be any benefit?

no there are way better products out there. GNC products are marginal and extremely overpriced

I do take a Nitric Oxide booster before I lift, but not this. I looked at the label and the serving size is 4 tablets, so for $42 you're paying $1.40 per serving.

Here's the link to the stuff I use- it's affordable, small (in terms of serving size and packaging) and very highly rated to boot:

Thanks. As a female, I'm wanting the most from my lifting and my goal is to get heavier weights in the next year by adding and building muscle, I'm wanting something that will act as a booster in my quality of my work out - is this the type of product I would want?

I thought the GNC price was WAY high too. It help to have better advice :)
