I really wanted to join a curves, but they had closed the one in town and the few that are still open around here are not that close. So, I have started my own system. I'm not a big fan of the cold, even though I live in a ski resort town so I bought some DVD's to start working out at home. It was a cheaper solution as I can not afford the gym right now. I started with Bob Harper's power walks. I also bought DVD's of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and last chance workout. The past week or so I have been doing Kettleworx which is kicking my butt! Out of them all I feel I get the best, all around workout from Kettleworx. Just some food for thought. I am looking forward to warmer weather though to start hiking outside!0

as long as you are up and moving, it doesn't matter!
Today I'm going to walk and give a spring cleaning to some of the roads around here and pick up trash. As long as you are moving, you can do whatever you feel comfortable with!
