Does the 30 day shred actually work?

So I'm 20 and only have maybe 5-10 pounds at most to loose but I really do need to firm up. Would the 30 day shred give me as big of results as it does people who maybe don't work out? I'm on L1D2 and I'm sore but the workouts aren't killing me. I didn't stop once and I've been doing the higher intensity. I just don't wanna get my hopes up for nothing.

    If you are on level on day 2 and not feeling the burn, skip to level two, if that doesn't do it try level 3. You might be in shape enough that you need more of a workout. It kicks my butt. The other thing is make sure you are following the advanced moves not the beginners and try using heavier weights.

    You should see results.
