Hi, new to site became obseesive entering foods and snacks. That alone stops me from eating so much.
Wanted to lose weight for a long time and finally set the date. Recording and exercising to an X program advertised in info commercial.
Want to lose 70+ lbs and keep it off. Trying for lifestyle change more than a diet change because noticing how much sodium is consumed, how many snacks I inadvertedly eat (including mints and nuts) starting to realize every bite is a calorie. ,
