after you enter your food and click complete diary, the weight it tells you you will weigh in 5 weeks--- how accurate is that?!?!?

i think it depends on the person and if they stick with there diet and a good hard work out and cardio0

When I began, it was very accurate. As I'm closer to my goal weight (and a healthy weight for my height), it's really not accurate (but I'm not trying as hard, either.0

It's only accurate if you eat exactly the same EVERY DAY and burn the exact same amount of calories. So it's not extremely accurate. I just use it to judge if I'm eating enough or not... if it says I'll weigh less than I would losing 2lb. per week, then I know to up my net cals the next day0
