It is so great to see so many transformations. Before and After pictures look great, especially when there are big transformations. However, I see many individuals on here saying that they do not see the difference. May I suggest taking your before and subsequent pictures with the same clothes and at the same location. This will help you see changes. I know it is a little and sometimes a big embarassment :embarassed: to take those before pictures with little clothing, but it is worth it. Not only do you see the you that you want to change, but you will also see the old you changing along the way. Most people do not post the before pics until they have the after shots, so the before pics are mostly motivation for yourself. NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Just my 2 cents, but thought it was worth sharing. What are everyone elses thoughts???

I completely agree. I take a pic every month in a pair of black shorts in front of our french doors. I am able, after 4 months/pics, to upload them to an animation website and have them flash each picture for a couple of seconds, in order. I virtually melt away before my eyes.

I've been taking weekly pics and always wondered how to do the animation. What is the name of website you use?
