Carbs and fiber?

does everyone stay in their carb range that MFP gives you or how many subtract their fiber from their carbs and go by that? I was always told to subtract fiber I just wanted to make sure that's right.

    I stay within my carbs but end up going over on fat. I don't know that you necessarily are supposed to "subtract" fiber from the carbs, but I do know that it makes a difference. Either way, you look great so just keep doing what you're doing :)

    I put my carbs right next to my fiber on my diary so I can easily get my net carbs - fiber isn't broken down into glucose and absorbed so it makes sense to subtract it from your total carbs. I regulary go over my carbs (even net carbs) but I aim sort of low (my diary has 140g but I aim for 100g or less).
