Hello MFP, I am a 31 years old and have been struggling with my weight and YoYo dieting for the last 10-12 years ever since my multiple surgeries. Never tried to count my calories because I thought it would be a waste of time to be honest. However, and I know its only been 1 day, it has been helpful since I'm being held accountable to counting what I'm putting into my body.
This time I am determined to stick with it and make it a part of my daily life instead of a something that I have to do. After reading a lot of posts and seeing others success stories I am motivated even more.
I will keep you posted with my progress. Thanks MFP

Counting calories is the simplest way to ensure that you arent eating too much.
You can also keep track of your excercising as well. That way it will add calories to your daily total.
Good luck and have fun0
