Any Missouri people around?

Friday morning a friend of mine passed away, a huge part of it was due to her weight and her son found her, I have a choice at this point, let it get me down, pig out (like I would normally do) or get out there an make sure that's not me that my children find...

I was wondering if there was anyone out there, St. Louis region that would like a walking/motivational partner??? The boards are fabulous but if anyone is like me, out of sight out of mind and trying to get back into the swing of things is wicked hard for me... so just hoping just maybeeeeeee there might be a fellow "show me" state individual needing to obtain a few goals too?

I'll be moving back to MO in early fall but it will be in the Springfield area. But I hope you find someone close by.

I found the people in MO are much more laid back and ummm shall I say nicer
