I'm new! So bare with me. Is it true that when you start you get a certain amount of calories according to your weight, but as you lose the weight and check in you would be allotted more calories a day. If so, where is that changed? Thanks!

I dont think it gives you more calories after losing weight however if I am correct if gives you more if your activity level changes to more active.0

every 10 lbs your calorie allowance adjusts. welcome!0

If your weight loss goal and activity level do not change your daily calorie intake goal will decrease as your weight decreases. The system will automatically adjust your goal about every 10 lbs lost. It may prompt you to reconfirm your goals at the appropriate times or it may just change it for you. Mine changes automatically.0
