Stickies or Forum Categories for:

1. How many calories does sex burn
2. Which HRM should I buy.
3. Shold or shouldn't I eat back my exercise calories
4. Starvation mode
5. MFP or Machine calories burned is not right

I get tired of the recent post list being filled with the same old topics every day.

My dietitian on base said to always, always eat back the cals you burn during exercise.

But, I do see many posts about this.

Hate to say it, but this subject has come up many times as well.

I used to get irritated, then I realized that the person posting these threads is usually new and doesn't know that he/she can search out already existing subjects.

yea...I just stopped opening and reading the threads because it's so frustrating for me. No one knows how to use the search function. If you search "sex" there are 50 pages of previous threads. 50! Out of hand.

And MFP needs to add a subscription feature for threads so you can go back to them...My Topics is kind of crappy.

Maybe they could make you read these threads and take a basic test before allowing posting privileges...I've been on forums before where they made you take basic tests on English vocabulary, grammar, and punctuation.

MFP also needs a like button. And a notification when someone replies to your post or blog or comment. That would be helpful. :)
