My P90X 30 Day Progress

I told myself I was NOT going to post these pics, but the more I look at them, the more I notice slight differences. It is certainly not the results I was hoping for but I've got 60 more days to go! My husband & I are doing the Lean version and we are now into Phase 2. It's still tough everyday but I can tell I am getting soooo much stronger and have much more endurance. Can't wait to see my 60 day pics in a few weeks! (Please dismiss the ugly work out clothes...advantage of working out at home instead of worrying what I look like at the gym!!) Oh, and I am down 12 pounds (though not all from P90X and lost a total of 3.5 inches from my body, mostly chest and waist).

    That is a great accomplishment. Can't wait to see pics. You should be proud of losing 12 lbs in a month. Keep up the good work.

    Most people don't even make it 30 days so great work.

    As for the LEAN program, it was added as an after thought. The program was really designed as the Classic version.

    I can't wait to see the pics too. I just started the classic workout series on Monday and I can't wait to see what kind of results I get.

    Uggh, resized three times and still can't get it to post correctly from photobucket! Really didn't want to see my belly that close up!!!

    Very nice! Keep up the hard work, cause I know it's not easy.
    I'm starting P90X in April with my BF. Hopefully someday I'll be posting my own progress pics.

    well done, did you falter at all? Did you miss a day? How was your diet? I'm starting week 3 and feeling crap about it, like I don't have it in me anymore

    I think we missed three workouts. For this first time, i didnt follow the diet plan but have been using mfp. Eating way better than I have ever done in my life. Just a slow and steady process. Of course, you want it to be fast but i piled on this weight over years and it's gonna take some hard work.

    Keep it up! The biggest changes happen between Day 60 and Day 90 for most people.
