i am really enjoying my shakeology shakes! just started drinking them this week. but i wanted to know...if i used it as a meal replacement which meal do you think is best to have it? ive been drinking it for breakfast...but do you think having it for lunch is better? does it really not matter at all?

also...the choc is a little too strong of a dark choc taste for me. but i found if i dont use a full scoop (just over half a scoop) and use bananas and a lil bit of peanut butter with water milk and ice then i love it. you think its ok to not have the entire scoop? tia

    I have been on shakeology for about 2 months now. I usually take it as a morning snack. A few Beachbody coaches have told me it doesn't really matter when you take it but definately not to take it too late in the day b/c the digestion process will keep you up. Good luck!

    I am so glad you like it. I have been on Shakeology since last June. I love it. I use a full scoop every day. I mix it with almond milk and PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and ice in a blender and it tastes great to me. If you don't use a full scoop then it will be more of a snack than a meal replacement. Be sure to ask the coach that you got it from as well.

    I just ordered PB2. It should be here within a week. I can't wait to try it.
