(little back story)
Hi I'm Matt, I'm 20. In school I was thin but at the time I always thought I was fat, and as a result I would constantly yo-yo dieting, when I didn't need it. But it managed to keep the weight off. First year and second year of college I was fine, I was planning to join the army after it, Started running, doing quite a lot of exercise. But towards the end of my second year of college, my sister died, and I know I'm not making excuses but it hit me hard, and after college ended that year I didn't want to go anywhere during my holiday and I turned to food. That's when it started, in the past 2 years I've put on 68lbs, I was 149-150, and now I'm 217. I'd like to get down to the weight I was before, and my long term goal is to join the Army,

So yeah I just got the App on my iPod a few days ago, and usually I cannot find the motivation to do anything, its always the cliche "I'll start tomorrow" But I can't believe it myself how much difference this is making, I'm actually sticking to it, Today its actually telling me I'm not eating enough but I honestly don't feel hungry at all.

So yeah, just saying Hi!

    Just eat enough food but skip the coke
    Be sure to bust your *kitten* a couple times a day
    Be sure to eat those calories back or you'll stay this way!
    Make sure you have fun or you'll prolly quit.
    And guys are way hotter when they are fit :drinker:
