That's amazing! my boyfriend's family is coming to visit in 4 weeks and i would love to lose 10 pounds by then! How many calories were you eating a day? and how much exercise daily??
  • brilliant wish i could manage that i need to lose 3.5lbs a week to reach my goal weight of 120lbs by the end of june ready for my july holiday but im struggling to lose 1lb per week! i think its because i wasnt eating my excercise calories i'm hoping that now i will lose more weight by eating more food!
