    Hi Pamy

From what I can find, you would be looking at over 1100 Calories (350 in the Rice alone)

I love Chinese and Indian Takeaways but, I also love my Wife and Kids and decided that my health was more important to me....

    Hi watch48win

Mushy peas are a component of the famous English Takeaway of Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas (of course substitute 'Chips' for 'Fries') and are Peas, which are slow boiled for (weeks it seems) but a very long time with Sugar and Bi-Carbonate of Soda, until they go into a 'Mushy' Green Sludge.

Mushy Peas from the Takeaway contain all sorts of rubbish, which you would see by the colour they are..........I have never seen any vegetable THAT colour Green.....EVER.

Pamy.....you are more than welcome and I am pleased it was of some help to you.
