I did my first night of couch to 5k and I feel great! Exhausted but great! In the last month and a half I lost 10lbs using MFP and cutting out ALL soda and a lot of bread I was eating. ( I still eat some but not nearly what I was.) I feel great and can't wait to see the running increase my progress!

    I'm doing the C25K programme as well. I don't know if you use the podcasts, but they are great. I only found them after 3 weeks :blushing: but I think they are great as the music changes tempo (and the voice tells you when to run/walk).

    I have an app that tells me when to run and walk but I use Pandora for the music. I could look into the podcast and see how I like it though!
