laughter is the best medicine - what makes you laugh?

what are things that make you laugh? i love watching the golden girls! these four women always make me laugh out loud.

rose: "can i ask a dumb question?"
dorothy: "better than anyone I know" :)

it turns out that children laugh more than 300 times a day, and adults just 15 times on average. let's surround ourselves more and more with things that give us laughter and joy - all helpful for a happy and healthy life. :) so i'd love to hear, what things always succeed in bringing a smile and laugh to your day?

    Texts, emails...u know that feeling when u open it up?Everyone looks at u with that look whats so funny...Giggles, smiles, and smirks..

    i laugh pretty easily, many tv shows will do it for me. but honestly, i laugh the most watching my cats and my dog. they are just too funny. the surprised look on one of my cats face as they fall off the end of the couch when sleeping, or my dog running in circles barking at her ball in the backyard, trying to convince it to move on it's own. they def make me feel better when i am not in such a great mood.

    I'm the funniest person I know. Honestly, I can find humor in almost anything. Even the most mundane parts of life are pretty entertaining to me. That said, Web Soup is downright hilarious...in fact almost anything on G4. Oh, and Family Guy. I can do a mean *kitten* Herbert the pervert impression, whistling "S" included. :bigsmile:

    Americas Funniest Home Videos gets me everytime and of course my own little 2 year old comedian.

    My animals never fail to make me laugh.

    Also I find it ridiculously hilarious when people fall off their bike. I'm evil, I know... but I can't help it. I once saw a guy who was riding his bike down the sidewalk on a main street and came up to a red light and stopped but didn't put his feet down and fell over. I laughed for about 15 mins, it was the funniest thing ever.

    I'm easily amused :laugh:

    Lots of things make me laugh and my sense of humor can only be described as "unusual"

    Ron White is a riot,end up quoting his jokes and gags all the time.

    I laughed more as a teenager then I do now,but all the old time comedies that used to come on the t.v

    Fresh Prince of Bel Air,
    My Wife and Kids
    Married with Children

    and old british comedy called: Faulty Towers,
    Keeping up Appearances

    Nowadays I amuse myself on youtube by watching various channels such as
    The Annoying Orange
    also chatting/cracking jokes with friends sets me off
    and last but not least the cartoons I watch( as an excuse for my career path) amuse me. :)

    They are my fav! Tommy Cooper too but that's more of a UK thing.

    I always try see the funny side in most things, laughter has helped me through a lot in my life so far!!

    I LOVE the Golden Girls also!!! My husband doesn't understand it because he just sees 4 old women living in Florida...but I'm like "it's just really funny dry humor, and the fact their 4 older ladies living together...and some of the things they say were "teehee" back then"..

    Jim Carrey movies
    one of my good friends who is naturally a comedic genius! :)
    Hearing my coworkers stories...I'll think about them and laugh for days.

    My pets definitely make me laugh on a daily basis. Monty Python. And I know it's not pc right now, but Charlie Sheen and 2.5 Men. :bigsmile:

    Oh and the bicycle thing.... I once saw a guy riding a really tall unicycle on the street and I laughed on and off for days wondering what he would have had to do if he came to a red light....

    Icanhascheeseburger cracks me up every morning. I love getting my daily lolcat email. Lately I've been watching the Ricky Gervais show on HBO. It kills me. My boyfriend makes me laugh all the time. I guess that's why I love him so much.

    A child's first tee ball game. Funniest thing I've ever seen in my life. It will make you laugh so hard milk will squirt out your nose.

    Definitely 30 ROCK. Tina Fey is a genius.

    I also like corny puns, stand up comedy and silly practical jokes.
