an embarracing question

Ok I am having an issue with something that is happening during exercise. I have had four babes, two of which were c-section, with my last I put on a ton of weight (60lbs). My problem is that wen I run or do things like jumping jacks my baby bulge bounces up nd down ( and the fat on my tushy too). It is so distracting that I tend to slow dwn or stop.
My question is there someway to keep these parts more immobile so that I can get more out of my workouts?

The only way I can think of is using a girdle, not sure but I'd give it a try.0

Sounds like you need some compression clothing. Check amazon.com. They have some good stuff from Eastbay that's about a third the price of Underarmour.
Also, I hear Spanx are great.0 -
just wear really tight clothes when you work out! I had 3 babies too and know what you mean, my belly is getting smaller but it is distracting.0

I got some supportive sports underpants from a specialist online sports bra seller.0

If you can get to an elliptical trainer, that doesn't jiggle your body parts no matter how fast you go and it is way better on you joints.0
