Hey,

I have been logging on here for 61 days , Recently I purchased a new pair of trousers - 4 inches smaller waist than the ones that I wore to the store.

My wife said she thought that 4 inches in 2 months was about average..........

What do you think?

Mike / UK

I dropped 4 inches in about 4 months (but it probably would depend on starting size and weight)
  • thanks for the giggle :P

Binsy, considering plenty of people that were the weight you were when you started are the same weight today, not taking the steps to improve their health and better their lives... I'm going to vote.... ABOVE AVERAGE!!!! :) Yeah!! 4 1/2 inches?? That is great!

If you are carrying a lot of weight around your middle then yes, 4 1/2 inches is average. But as you lose more weight you gain inches.

(but buying new trousers every couple of months gets annoying)
