Hi everyone, I'm looking to improve my eating habits...I work out hard but my diet lets me down REALLY badly and I need some motivation and encouragement to eat better.

    Good Morning and Welcome!
    Everyone here is so nice and willing to help out anyway they can. Do not think of this as a 'Diet" but think of it as a Life Change and if you change your life you will be able to reach your goals, doesn't matter how long it takes. What matters is you are doing something about your life and making it a better one. If you think of it as a diet....well whenever I was on a diet...I failed.
    Set goals and try to stick to them as much as you can...BUT don't kick yourself if you slip...we all slip at times.
