Just seeing if anyone else from Arkansas is on here, as it would be good to have a group of people to keep each other on track..
About me. I am a 47 year old married man, and we reside in Little Rock (native of New Orleans).
I LOVE to cook, but do not work out as much as I used to and need to reverse this trend of gaining weight every year.

My first day was yesterday, and I thought I was doing great, until I decided to be 100% accurate and added the two shots I had at a st. patty's day party.. that put me over by almost 500 calories. this was an eye opener, as I ate right all day and two stupid shots put me into the hole.

    Thanks!
good to meet a fellow New Orleans dude.. I think my mom is one of the biggest Saints fans, they have had season tickets for as long as I can remember (even back in the painful "Aint's" days)
I work for a big tech company, and gained about 50 pounds over 5 years from being on the road so much.. I NEVER ate fast food, but it became quite common for me, in additional to breakfast/lunch/dinner with customers.. Time to get back on track so I joined this site, and gave up fast food for Lent.
How long have you been a member?
