Looking to grow my friend list. If you use Nike + and nikerunning.com please add me as a friend, I think it will be fun and encouraging to have a group of running buddies.

    can you explain the Nike + to me? Or maybe just point me to a website about it? I just got fitted for running shoes a few weeks ago, and they are Nike +...I have no idea what that means....

    Edit: Doh, I just saw you said something about Nikerunning.com...going to take a peak there

    I do find it really motivating because you can see your pace and distance increase and challenge yourself against other groups of people or just against yourself.
    think the bits you need can be a bit pricey to start out with but i don't think id run half as much without it
