Does anyone know how many calories are in sushi? More specifically I am looking for a Real Crab Meat Roll without roe and avocado. So basically crab meat wrapped in seaweed and rice My boyfriend and I go to this one restaurant every week (it's our little place) and that's what I am bold enough to eat there and I want to know how many calories are in it but I can't find anything on here! Thanks

The place I used to frequent said per serving (6 pieces) was about 320 calories for crab meat, but that was with avocado and roe, California roll style.0

I would pick a roll that has similar ingredients... even if it's different fish, I suspect it would be similar enough for you.0

Found this online, for california roll sushi with crab meat.
6 pieces
450 calories
22 grams of fat
3 grams saturated fat

This is so upsetting to me! I always go out for sushi (I'm a pescetarian - only "meat" I can eat is fish) and always get special rolls, loaded with calories. How many calories are in eel cucumber rolls?0

I've found varying reports on calories in sushi. For the California roll I have seen 250 up to 450, which is a huge difference! Knowing me I could probably eat 3 rolls but thinking of the higher calorie count would be over my whole daily limit which is super saddening because it's so good! Why does eating healthier have to be so hard sometimes!? lol.0

A little late, but I was curious too, and I found this site, which I'm gonna choose to go by because it looks like its (obviously) made fresh, and thats how i'm assuming the sushi is made at most good japanese restaurants.
