Since I been having troube getting in a workout with iut my DD interupting, I thought that I would do a few reps of strenght exercises in the nursery so she will know I am still around.

I had done two reps of pushups and one of sit ups, I was working on my second rep of sit ups and feeling that I would stop after those last few situps. Well that was when myDD tottled over to me and patted by back and laid her head on my shoulder. It was like she was telling how great I was doing and to keep it up. I got that rep another rep of situps two reps of mason twists and two reps of reverse crunches out of that little boost of motivation.
