Weight Lifting Help

I have the very best friends on this site that have kept me focused and motivated. I need a couple of more friends who are actively lifting weights and enjoy it. Someone I can follow, copy, and compare progress. I love the energy of my younger friends but for lifting I might relate to a person 35+. Not being picky just realistic. There is no preference as to male or female. My ego has been obliterated so strong is good! I think seeing someone post daily would be motivating.

I do free weight only lifting. I've been lifting since I was a teen, though not consistently serious. I would be glad to share what little I know.

I'd start here- this is probably the best resource I've come across for people looking to start lifting weight.

    http://www.amazon.com/New-Rules-Lifting-Maximum-Muscle/dp/158333338X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1300466796&sr=8-1

    Good Luck!

I'm starting back on my lifting program soon. I want to start today, but my doctor says Monday. I'm recovering from pneumonia so I'll be starting back slowly, but when I'm on my game, I can keep up with the boys in the gym so if you want to compare workouts I'm up for it. If you're looking for ideas for workouts PM me. I've been a trainer for years and have tons of workouts written out (some as pics on here) that I'll be glad to share with you.
